For over twenty years I have been playing music professionally all over the country with a focus on Americana, bluegrass, folk, rock, country, and metal. My lessons involve basic technique, and lots of playing around to help you find your own creative voice on your instrument.

Music lessons take place at Hardly Beautiful Records in Staunton, Virginia (my home studio.)

• Rates for lessons are $35/30min
• I can accept Venmo, cash, or check 
• Please provide at least a 24-hour notice of a missed lesson when possible.
• Cancellations on the day of a scheduled lesson will not be reimbursed.
• If ten minutes or more late on the day of class, class will be cancelled in consideration of the time slots following.
• "No call, no shows" and day-of cancellations are still responsible for the full lesson price. 
• Missed lessons can be made up on a case by case basis, based on availability, and are not guaranteed.
